Implementation and Training
Physical Infrastructure
Unifi applications are protected in world class data centers that have multiple feeds to the power company and onsite electrical generators to guarantee clean power. Human guards and computer security systems constantly secure the physical site. The environmental conditions are kept consistent by redundant air conditioning units. If a unit fails, another comes online to replace it.
Network Infrastructure
Unifi applications have multiple connections to the internet and use a proprietary best source routing technology to insure consistent and instant delivery of data. All equipment is redundant, allowing for a system failure at any point without impacting application performance. Many speak about redundant and failure resistant systems, but Unifi has end to end redundancy at every failure point, from the server to the ‘last mile,’ to you.
System Infrastructure
Unifi applications are backed up multiple times a day to a local and an offsite location to insure rapid recovery to the local location or to a remote location.
Change Management Services
People-ware
A successful technical implementation is critical but not sufficient. Long-term success depends on an effectively managed implementation and acceptance from your team. We use a phased process to insure that the proposed changes result in a positive and successful implementation. Our process addresses the underlying causes of resistance to change and provides management with the knowledge and skills to create an environment where all stakeholders can welcome the changes and support each other.
Coaching/Mentoring
Implementing an EMR system is a major undertaking, and it continues beyond getting the technology up and running. Follow-up coaching and/or mentoring for key individuals to sustain the change will insure support for new practices, procedures, roles and responsibilities. This ongoing support is critical to the successful application of new skills and learning, and to the long-term viability of the implementation
