Unifi-Hub / Community Health System
Unifi-Hub is a web-based tool that allows organizations to easily communicate with one another over the web. Patient information can now be shared privately and securely between providers, practices, healthcare facilities, and medical laboratories.
Unifi-Hub eliminates the need for multiple interfaces or common computer platforms. A single sign-on allows access to patient information for critical care or information sharing to assist in making decisions about diagnosis and treatments.
Unifi-Hub can also be used for clinical studies to capture information across geographic areas. Information can easily be consolidated and analyzed to spot medical trends as they happen.
Unifi-Hub is ideally suited to operate as the cornerstone of a Community Health System. The initial design of Unif-Med and Unifi-Hub included this requirement as part of the product roll-out. A key advantage over other systems is that Unifi-Med does not require all practices to utilize a single product costing each provider tens of thousands of dollars in initial costs. Those utilizing Unifi-Med pay a low monthly fee.
